Our commitment

We aim to meet level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, as required by the Swedish Act on the Accessibility of Digital Public Service (2018:1937) and the European standard EN 301 549.

How accessible this website is

This website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements, due to the exceptions listed below.

Content that is not accessible

  • Some sliders and animated sections move automatically and cannot yet be paused

  • Some page elements are duplicated across responsive layouts and may be announced more than once by screen readers

  • PDF documents linked from the Publications page are produced by publishers and may not meet accessibility requirements

We are working on these issues. If you need any of this content in a different format, contact us and we will provide it.

What we have done so far

  • Set the language of the site

  • Defined clear heading structures across pages

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Used colour combinations that meet the required contrast

  • Made the site navigable by keyboard

  • Checked the site with an accessibility testing tool
